will fluting effect harmonics on a bushy hb that i am happy with other than the weight? (groups between a quarter and 50 cent piece size ar 200yds.) does the charge include removal of the front sight base? i want to install a new one myself. sorry for the dopey questions. i am agonizing over whether to tear up and rebuild this rifle i built.
