I should've checked the forum here to see that BigBore was gone, but I didn't and IM'd him.

Anyway, I was already given a quote for threading 4 barrels and turning one down to .625.  I'll need a FSB for the .625 barrel and I'm curious if I should supply my own or if you have any in stock that I can purchase.

Also, what's the shipping address?

Shipping address is:

Adco Firearms LLC
6616 Monroe Street
Sylvania, OH 43560

I'll have to check stock, but I'm pretty sure I'm out of .625" FSBs at the moment.

If I go ahead and send it in can you order a .625 FSB and install when you get it?

What's the best way to pay you for the work?

I have a .625 PRI sight in stock. You can send a money order or a CC number with the barrel.

I don't want the PRI ($$$ and I don't need the folding sight), I want a standard style FSB.

Will you be getting more of the standard FSBs in or should I order one and send it with the barrels?

It would be much quicker if you could send the FSB with your barrel.

It looks like I'll either have to wait for you to get in more .625" FSB's or maybe you can only turn down the barrel to the point where it hits the current mounted FSB?

Can you do that so there's a shelf that is *only* under the mounted FSB.  That way you'd have to look REALLY close or take off the FSB to see that the barrel there is thicker.

I've checked Bushmaster, and they don't sell the .625 FSB separately from the barrels.  I can't find them for sale elsewhere.

That is what I usually do, as I dont have a source for .625 FSBs.

Very good!  Expect incoming!

4 barrels:

4 to be threaded and one to be turned down.  I'll label them as there's a specific one I want turned.

$59 for the reprofiling.  I supplied the .625" gas block (bought it on the EE from Billbo and had him ship straight to Adco).

Adco received the barrels on Thursday of last week, so it took about 3 days (assuming they don't work on the weekend).

Ya can't beat that!

Can you do that on a 20? Cut down to 18 or 17? With a rail gas block?

I want a light weight "Dissy" style without the Dissy gas system. Flat top, as in F-L-A-T aka no sights.

Or am I just crazy?h.gif
