[ARCHIVED THREAD] - 20 round p mag problem

tried customer service last week but no response, have a 20 round pmag that I use for the bench,when I load 3 or 4 rounds it jams from lack of spring pressure , can this be corrected? it was a first generation and am just getting to use it, thanks
