I bought a MIAD last year and finally got around to installing it last week, the roll pin to hold the back strap on was not included. I have been emailing back and forth with a Natasha to get a pin sent. At first she said they don't sell replacement parts. I explained that the piece was missing when it came to me, she then said they would send the part free of charge but I would have to pay for shipping after calling customer service to arrange. This seems a little petty. It is a less than 10 cent roll pin and the shipping shouldn't be more than an envelope and a stamp. I've been unable to find one locally without driving to the more specialty parts stores which are only open during normal business hours when I am at work. Can somebody at Magpul just sent the part? Total cost on your side is about 50 cents to fix your error! |
