It's almost that time, the most wonderful time of year. SHOTSHOW 2013! With that said, I'll get this thread going. 1) AK Mags. 762x39, 5.45 & 5.56. US parts count, lots of AKs out there, AK74 mags are very expensive and most of all a Magpul mag for an AK. 2) AK furniture. 3) Ruger 10/22 stock/s That's all I can think of (or want as of now). I don't think they will waste thier time with AK junk,. |

Nothing. Magpul has stated before that they have stopped planning product announcements around trade shows. This is true. We no longer specifically announce products at trade shows unless the release date happens to fall close to one. The 2013 catalog (that will be available prior to SHOT) will have some previously unannounced items that are close enough to production to release limited details on. I will say that even the catalog will be missing some major items due for release in the first half of 2013. Those we are keeping mum on till we are in production. With that in mind speculate away. |

40 round PMAG. Been seeing lots of pics of them 'round here
Remington 700 stock similar to AICS. I doubt they would waste thier time with a 10/22 No AK stuff. Shotshell carriers for your belt or molle gear FCS (fixed carbine stock) Probably like the moe rifle stock but uses the entry buffer tube that comes with the UBR. FCS has been referenced in MP propeganda. |
|
I would like to see a thinner MOE handguard. Possibly a MOE+ version with a rubberized lower portion.
A hooded front MOE sight. A shorter fixed carbine stock with a storage door like the UBR. A solidly built polymer lower (think CavArms with a Magpul stock). A Galaxy SIII case. A padded MS3 sling, if even possible. A tight flex fit hat in black with a red Magpul logo. Magpul sun/shooting glasses. How about a miniature PMAG keychain. More casual Magpul clothing. More swag in general. |
As someone who isn't a big fan on the Mossberg 500, it would seem that extending their shotgun accessory line to that platform would probably make them a decent profit as many prefer the 500 to the 870. Beyond that, I have no clue what to expect. They seem to have decent amount of stock systems available and at one point it won't create enough profit to sell 87 different styles. That's being said, the company has proven to have some decent innovators and I am sure they'll come out with something that I'm sure to spend money on...

A short (~9") fixed rifle stock would be sweet. Been asking for years for fixed a ACR style stock built around the entry buffer tube: Oh yeah!!!! |

I'd like to see the 40 round mag.. I suspect we finally will. I think I saw semi-confirmation once that the 40rd magazines were put on hold so that they could get the M3 enhancements. Of course, what I really want from Magpul is an MOE stock set for AKs, not to mention magazines for the -47 and -74 (the latter, mostly). Unfortunately, even I can see the problems associated with this. |

It is a tad shorter than an A2. With that said, I'd like to see a shorter one as well, with the ability to increase it's length using the PRS pads. Have storage doors on the side, or leave off for that sleek Euro look. Would also be nice if the cheek piece had the ability to accept CTR risers. No doubt we'll be seeing more fixed type stocks from Magpul. |

As popular as the scar heavy is getting, I think they would be missing the boat if they didn't make pmag-20lr scar mags..... and I have a feeling Drake would tell me to see the sig line on this one ![]() Nah, the Pmag 20LRs work great, and this fixes the SCAR problem: http://www.handldefense.com/ |

Why didn't FN do this in the first place? |

Only interested in Scar 17S magazines. God willing. Everything else can wait. |

I think they will expand the shotgun series to the Mossberg line.
I hope they bring out an iPhone5 case(s). I'd love to see a quad-stack to compete with the Surefire entry. I could see them branching into the precision rifle stock world. They have pretty much covered all the easy to produce plastic/polymer parts for an AR. Maybe time to look at the AK world for stocks and grips, possibly handguards? Lots of those out there that need US built parts. |

Watching threads like this is interesting; as is the Pmag givaway survey. FREE MARKET RESEARCH. I dont blame them one bit, I would do it too.
Earlier in magpul history they used the tagline "we build products that the shooter needs, not what they want" or something to that effect. With that survey combined with huge success in all thier product lines could very well drive them to make stuff the shooter "wants" now that he has everything he "needs". I remember saying they probably wouldnt venture into the AK realm as there are English Long-shit-Tons of AK mags on the market. Combined with all the different variants from all different country manufacturers would be a logistic nightmare. Its bad enough with the .mil and .com stocks for the AR platform. Moreover, AK stock adapters will allow AR stocks to work, pistol grip adapters will allow a MIAD or a MOE with the tang cut off, and with a front AK rail you can use any number of rail covers, AFG, or RVGs. Take a stroll through the AK pic threads on this site. |
