How do I go about getting parts for stuff I bought from MidwayUSA?  My FDE MIAD came without a screw and pin (bag wasn't inside the grip) and one of the ASAP's was also missing the bag with the 2 blocks.  

How do I get parts?  This stuff appeared sealed from the factory.

Call or email them, I've done it twice and they are more than happy to help you out. They really do rock when it comes to customer service!

ask Midway - I've had this happen, I think they take returned gear and ship it back out if it looks good to go without doing a close accounting.

So I emailed Magpul and explained what happened and got a response the same day - and on 5/31 they told me that they'd be shipping the missing pieces out to me as soon as possible.

it's 6/13 and I haven't gotten anything yet.  Pretty sure I just slipped through the cracks (which is a bummer because my wife's rifle has been in pieces for over 2 weeks, and now the STR in ODG I ordered 4 months ago shipped out and will be here Friday and I still won't be able to put it back together).

I didn't even get to call, after I posted here I got an email the next day with a tracking number.

Great service, love it.
