Are the rail sections that come with the MOE Illumination Kit long enough to mount a Surefire 951 with the factory thumbscrew mount?

It is too short, but you are still able to mount it. If you want, purchase the 5 slot MOE rail section.

On the cantilever mount rail that comes with the kit, the front thumbscrew on the 951 fits into the second slot of the rail and the rear thumbscrew grabs the rearmost part of the rail. Fits on my MOE handguard very secure.
