The pulls on almost all the baseplates have essentially fallen off, the baseplate is still attachted though. I haven't used them at all really. Is there something I am missing? Are they suppose to come off? Any info would be appreciated to resolve this. Thank you

Anyone having this issue should contact our customer service for a free replacement. |
