Well, it's been three weeks since surgery five since the accident. A total of 18 breaks 16 in the fibula and two in the tibia. Fancy new 13" plate with 10 screws on the fibula and two giant screws repairing the tibia. The Dr. Said when he opened me up the bone was powder and several shards were tossed out during surgery. I started 6'5" and 230lbs. Down 30lbs now, he'll 200lbs? Not since boot camp. Figures I'm losing it everywhere except the place that let's everyone know I like beer.
Safe weighed 2200lbs empty. I'll be walking again by May. Thanks for the thoughts fellas. Cheers. |

Glad to hear that is sounds like things will work out in the long run. I cringe whenever I read your descriptions. If you are coming down to Denver for any of the work, drop me a line, I'll buy you lunch.

OUCH!!! I can't look at it anymore.
Hope your healing process goes well. Good luck with going through metal detectors now.
