| I bought a black one and a FDE case straight from Magpul on 01/14 and they came quick. I'm using the black case now and the FDE is on the WTT ads in the EE. I see now that Magpul has the orange cases in stock and I gotta have 1. I can't seem to find any pics of the orange cases though. |

Are 3G OD cases no longer available? I don't see them on the drop down list at the Magpul store any more. Most all cases are in production and shipping to our Dealers and Distributors. However, we are not showing all colors at all times on our own website as we work our way through the backlog (this is only applicable for new products- all older products are not manually managed this way and inventory levels are not reflected on the site). |

It was the order confirmation that was never sent. Looks like its on its way so no harm no foul. |
| I got an FDE for the 3GS. I love it, solid, slim, looks good and the grip is great but doesn't get stuck in the pocket like my old rubber case. My only critique is that the hole for the headphones jack is just big enough for the very slim iphone earphone jack. The cord I have for my car is a little thicker and cannot insert all the way in. Perhaps a few minutes with a dremel is in order :) |

I was actually a bit disappointed with mine & decided not to use it. I'd been using an incase slider and liked the protection that it offered to the edges of the glass.
The Magpul case didn't cover the edges of the glass at all. Of course I paid $30 for the incase.

I sent for my case, I cannot wait to get my phone on the 23rd when my contract is ready for renewal. That looks really good, I do like the look of the 3G cases a little better, but the 4 case does complement the phone very well. It's just the nature of the shape of the phone. I hope the FDE comes out soon, although then I'll have a black one sitting around then. Good thing I picked up some full face screen protectors for monoprice since the Magpul case leaves the whole face visible. I sent for a bunch of $1.50 cases too that now I won't be using! |

When I was about to take the photos I accidentally dropped it on it's face on a tiled concrete floor and the rubber lip around the glass screen protected it. It's subtle but there is definitely a degree of screen protection too. |

Oh I am not saying the Magpul Case is bad - just that I like the one I was using more on my 3GS
Found some pics here. http://www.geeky-gadgets.com/iphone-accessories-the-incase-iphone-slider-case/ If you look at the front-on pics there you will note that you don't see the line of silver surrounding the glass on the 3gs. You can clearly see that line on the Magpul Case. Both have a ridge offering glass protection from dropping face down - I am more worried about dropping it on an edge or corner & cracking that glass. |
