I Have a Tactical Innovations BXD billet lower registered as a factory SBR.  Unfortunately the BAD does not work with it.  Every other AR I own has a BAD, so I figured it was time to takea chance and see if I could get it to work...

Before: Two points where I knew I needed to reduce the profile..

After the dremel(between 10 and 15 minutes and a couple of test fits):

A bit of flat black rustoleum:

Mounted back on the lower:

Did a function test and a few remedial action drills and everything felt solid. Putting it through some hard use over the holidays.

Definitely let us know how things go with it... Well done!  I too have an SBR'ed T15BDX lower and interested to hear if any issues pop up.  If not, I'll go the route you did for sure.

You bet.  I'll load up a dozen or so mags with 2 to 5 rounds and practice reloads and use the bolt release.  Then i'll run it again but have my brother randomly stick some dummies in them get some locking the bolt back etc.. I'll do this cycle a couple of times while being timed.  I'll post back with results.

Got it out last night, was shooting with family up from Texas so I didn't get to be as thorough as I would have liked.  I did go through one cycle that I described above.  After looking at it afterwards I didn't see any movement / flex in the BAD, seems to work just fine.  I even pushed a bit harder on purpose to see if it would make a difference, a few more trips to the range and I think I'll call it gtg.
