I just wanted to say thank you to Magpul for their excellent service. I purchased a CTR stock back in '06 that turned out to be a "pre production" model through a dealer. I had no idea that it was different from the actual production stocks offered today. I bought the rubber butt pad only to find out there were no threaded inserts in the stock. I shot an email out and got impatient after not getting a response within a few hours  so I called. I spoke to Justin I believe who recognized the issue and stated he had read the email and was planning on responding soon  So he suggested I send in the stock and that it would be replaced with the current model. So I grabbed the stock and sent it out UPS overnight.
I have to say that they far exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a new stock with no pad so I could install the one that I had purchased. Instead I received a complete unit with an insane turnaround time of one week. I want to say thank you for providing excellent products that you stand behind 100%. You guys are awesome! |
