| I was shooting a 3-Gun match on Sunday and as I stepped into the box and got the command to load and make ready with my carbine, one of the Range Officers saw my gun did not have any iron sights. He said "Hey where are your backup sights? What happens when your EOTech goes down during the stage?" I told him that the backup sights for this carbine have yet to be released for sale! |

How scaled down are these new ones gonna be?...i am super excited to get some

| ya im waiting too and it sucks! hopefully they will be released soon some time this summer at the latest. i just sold my gen 1 mbus because it was too tall and my magnifier would hit it. im also waiting on the ms3 sling then im gona get the asap attachment too! then my gun will be dont for now, till magpul comes out with some other cool thingimagig |

Thanks for what you said about my first post, Joeshwa and Trident! I actually bought two sets of black MBUS Gen 1 sights literally days before I found out that Generation 2 was in the works. I sold one set to a friend of mine, and returned the other set to Brownells. I'll be looking forward to the Gen 2 sights and will be grabbing a set in FDE as soon as they're made available.
I know they won't tell us when, but it sure would be great to have a hint at the time frame until they hit the shelves.
