Just sent you an email regarding this, i just thought i would post here as well since you have been busy with orders. I had to file to get to fit correctly. I works ok, i just wasnt happy with the QT. I have had STAG and RRA gaurds fit no problem. So i dont see it being my lower out of spec.. I have heard of other people haveing this problem as well. you dont have to respond here, but please do read my email. Thanks.

I usually install it in the opposite manner. The set screw first, then the rollpin, its easier for me that way, and no alignment issues.

I tried both. Still had to file it down. when the set screw was installed, the pin hole did not align with the hole in the reciver. With the pin in, the set screw side would not set into place. Which ever way i tried, holes would not align.

Hmm... Maybe Drake or Rich will chime in here but it looks like the 'ears' on the receiver are a little too squared-off. They should be more rounded...
