Been trying to find out what's up with my "The Art of the Carbine" order. I ordered on the 21st and still haven't been charged on my card and haven't received it either.
I have called numerous times and haven't got through to anyone. I have left voice mails on two occasions as well. I have sent e-mails to the e-mail address listed on the MAGPUL website as the Customer Service e-mail address with no reply. I have read, and I understand that you're checkout software is behind the times. I also understand that mail to my FPO address take about 5 to 7 days to arrive. I just want to know if there is a problem with my order and if/when it should ship to me. Thanks In Advance and Keep the Production running. I am sure you guys are busy as hell. The original XTM mold was very small and the orders took us by suprise until we could get a bigger mold online. If you order from us again you can drop me an email and I will make sure the order goes out. |

Saw the link and I see that you can't export DVDs.
That doesn't answer the question as to why my order placed on 21 October still hasn't shipped to Rockwood Tennessee, the shipping address I had to enter because the shopping cart software wouldn't figure shipping for my FPO address. I only asked in the order to comments to ship to my FPO if possible. My shipping address as entered was my parents house in TN, they can FWD to me. It was clearly states in the order comments that I preferred to have them shipped to my FPO but if they couldn't to ship the my shipping address as entered on the order. |
