So any ETA on when we can purchase this dvd. Also from who? will it be on the magpul site or the magpul dynamics site? Will it be shipped out to third party vendors like bravo company etc?

The editing facilities were in the path of Ike so they have been scrambling to recover. Should be very soon. We are also frustrated at the delay as we had approved final edit awhile ago.

I would order the set...

But alas I live in Hawaii and the shipping cost (cheapest) is 25 dollars. I don't suppose there is another alternative to UPS? USPS is the cheapest way to get things out of the contiguous U.S.

If this isn't an easy alternative, I'll ship it to a friend to forward to me.
