Now that I have my CTR I was wondering what accessories are available. Is there a compartment I can clip on to store my extra CR123s? Ek

Rubber buttpad... that's it.
If I'm not mistaken, the CTR was supposed to be a no-frills combat stock that focused on function and simplicity over flash and flare.
I do wish they made some kind of battery storage option but that's what the MIAD core is for.

There is a riser for it but I think thats it when it comes to accessories.

Yea, the riser... but it won't work with the M4/M16 system unless you have a side charging handle.

Riser, rubber pad, and Magpul carries the Vickers/ Blue Force Gear QD slings that lock into the CTR stock.

As already posted, the riser is not the ideal solution for most people using the CTR on an AR15 for the below pictured reason.  While it will work, it requires the stock to be extended quite far.

For anyone who runs a shotgun, I can say that in full armor and mask, the CTR w/ riser works very nicely, especially over extended engagements.
