| I placed an order for 2 p-mags over 2 weeks ago. I was wanting 2 p-mags in olive with the windows.I stated this in my order. I also said that if they do not have the mags in olive with windows that I would take 2 without windows. I was sent an email stating that my order had went up to 43.75. Everytime,I logged into there website it says my order is processing. I sent an email asking for comfirmation that they had 2 p-mags in olive with windows. NO REPLY. I sent another e-mail NO REPLY.I called there contact number several times always getting voicemail I left a message with my order number and telephone number.NO REPLY.I resulted to contacting 2 Magpul Industry Partners that are members to this website. One was NO REPLY.The other that goes by Magpul,replys and says that he will take care of me and to call him Monday morning on his cell.(NOW WERE GETTING SOMEWHERE)I called him Monday morning I left voicemail with my order number and phone number NO REPLY. |

I would bet dollars to donuts that your voicemail wasn't checked immediately, but that you still get taken care of. You aren't the first person that has ever been lost in the system, and I know its not making you feel any better when I say its happened to me as well (not with Magpul), but sometimes it just happens. You will be taken care of, just make sure you update the thread when its all done and over. The waiting game sucks, but hang in there. |

I gave you my cell number to call, I wonder if another companies President would give you their cell number to call on a sub $50 order. I sometimes do not get to my voicemail for days at a time. Mondays are very busy and these things happen. I will look at this today. |
Seems like amazing customer service to me. Patience is a vurtue and i have no doubt magpul will take care of you 100%. I am sure that they are getting a little edgy because everyone emails/calls about when the massada will be released, or sends crazy stuff about how they are not keeping promises about release dates. This company is great and let let them try to catch up without giving them more headaches |

I order mags from them directly almost monthly and haven't had a problem. I've had to call once and straighten a billing issue out and they seem more than nice about it, even though it was my fault. My only issue with them is, why can't I be one of your test dummies?

+1. The dogs bark, but the caravan moves on. Problem is, you have to put up with barking dogs (unless you're in Fallujah and you have a SureFire can on the end of your M4!) Geez, all this because you were whining about two magazines? Have you ever tried ordering from some of the other schmuck-os out there who absolutely don't care when your order gets there and won't even answer an e-mail, much less give you their cell phone number? UH-mazing.

I realize we all wait on the porch like hound dogs waiting for the boys in brown to bring us our toys, but I have to agree with the above posters that sometimes things happen, and you just have to be patient. MagPul did everything to make it right. I mean you don't see Michael Dell giving out his cell number to average retail or enterprise customers! (Though sometimes I wish he would so I could give him an earful on tech support from India!!!) Until you deal with REALLY bad customer service, like Dell or HP, you don't appreciate the above and beyond service that is so rare in today's culture. I SAY BRAVO MAGPUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!he |

magpul is awesome and have always made me a happy customer!! last time i called i wanted to order a endcap for a CTR because the tab cracked on the one i had. Magpul wouldn't sell me a replacement, They sent me one for free ill be stopping in at there booth at the shot show to personally thank them |
