Are the Del-ton barrels threaded concentric to the bore good enough for a suppressor straight from the factory or will I have to have the barrel rethreaded before a put a can on it?

To ensure that you'll have no problem with the possibility of a claim I would have the barrel checked by a gunsmith and documented to be  concentric.  The money spent on cans and stamps is too much and the wait too long to go cheap on that check and it's relatively inexpensive.  IIRC most suppressor manufacturers require the mount be installed / concentric checked by a gunsmith, (I know YHM does), in order to be able to make a claim later on ij the event of a problem.

YW, no one local to you though?  I would think most competent gunsmiths or machinists could do the check.  Asking the manufacturer of your can what they require would be best.  Just do it via email so you have their response in writing .....
