[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Rewards Points

Hey Delton, I used some of my rewards points last night towards a small purchase. There were enough points to cover the cost of item and shipping.

I submitted it last night and assumed it went through but have not received any confirmation. The points have been removed from my account but it states that there has been no activity or purchases.

I have no order # to track it with. Any help would be appreciated.

You would have to call us and get us to pull your account up. Did you get an order number?

No confirmation of any kind. The points and purchase order have just disappeared into thin air.

What are rewards points worth? I read the terms and conditions but didn't see anything.

Example:
RKT100 = $485 = 485 points. 35 points = $1, so that would be $13 on a RKT100.

I am guessing orders placed during the Black Friday sale did not garner any points? I spent $377.06 that day but did not earn any points. Understandable if sale orders garner no points but I just wanted to check.

Laura - I ordered a rifle kit in 2005. I still have the email confirmation and order number. Would that order qualify for rewards points on a new order?
