Does Del-ton ever offer a fully disassembled kit for sale?  I mean NOTHING assembled, just parts from the bins to complete a rifle (minus the stripped lower of course).     DPMS did this a month or so ago, I suppose to clean out inventory, for a pretty good price.

I figure there's a price point where this makes sense, considering Del-Ton does not have to put anything together.

Anyway, just figured I'd ask if this had ever been considered.  I suppose a waiver would have to be included, since they'd have no control over the skill of the purchaser.

Disclaimer:  I've built up several rifles from Del-Ton kits and been happy each time.

Or, you know, post on an anonymous forum that allows them to address or ignore the issue as they choose.  I don't want to put the nice lady who answers the phone on the spot.  Asking this way gives them time to consider a response and observe any other comments.  I posted on a Friday night, in a slow traffic forum.  I can wait for a while.

But yeah, two weeks goes by and nobody but you and me here, I'll call.

I'd be interested, provided the price is right. I have a couple more stripped lowers begging for kits...

Heh, I bugged that nice lady enough about the status of my order that I think I'll just let this sit on my end...

We do not want to get into the practice of selling uppers (that are advertised as headspaced/test fired) unassembled.  It wouldn't cost less to get it unassembled and it wouldn't speed your order up.

Sorry!!
