Does anyone know if Del-Ton charges your credit card at the time the order is made, or when the parts are in stock and ready for shipment?

Right before the order is shipped, your CC will be charged.

It gets charged when the order is made, then the charge disappears in a few days and you get your money back. Then you get charged for real once the order ships.
