Ok, I think I am up to date with setting up discounts on accounts. IF you have already placed an order it (the discount) may not be applied to your order. For the simple fact that I have 6 1/2 pages of changes to make to orders on top of the discounts. Some of y'all are worse than my grandma when it comes to discounts!!!!  And yes, it is 2% off base prices...which is less than $10 on a standard kit.
And that's another issue....some of you have IMed, emailed, called, and even fax us changes to your order so many times that we don't know what is what on it anymore. It is confusing and a little irritating because it takes a lot of time running back and forth digging through a 4 drawer file cabinet looking for your order. If you need to make a change, the best thing to do is to call us. If you are retail, press 1. If you are dealer, press 2. We will reopen this Monday. If you are changing your order and you are still several weeks or months away from being processed, I would wait (unless you really want it done). Parts are coming in, it just takes a while. Unless your order is up, it will not get it to you any quicker by changing it. We are around 23700s for builds and 24900s for small parts currently, so if your order number is before that and you haven't heard anything, it is probably on backorder. We will change it if you want. We have split the orders from builds to small parts because there is only so much the shop can get built in a day. We are slowly working through the PMAG backorders and lowers. They are coming, but there is only so much we can get done in a day. Thanks!!!!! Happy shopping and safe shooting!!! Laura

I, for one, am not applying for the discount. I've got a rifle kit on order (31xxx!!) and I'd rather give Del-ton the extra 10 bucks (or whatever) and NOT have to have the
ladies scrambling about trying to update it. (Funny how in one thread everyone says "quit griping, let 'em build rifles!" and then in this one everyone jumps at the chance to save a buck and cause them a LOT of work.) That's just my take. -Stooxie |
