It's been over a week and no response to the IM. Also the couple time that I have called either no one has answered or I get a busy signal.

I registered 2 years ago, have logged in to the site several times over the last two yeasr, but today it says my email address is invalid. Heck, you can even see where I posted on page 1 of this thread abotu the discount.
Did the database get reset at some point? |

I called them and they created an account for me. A very nice woman took care of me that explained they're buried with emails & IM's.
I can understand that to a point, but what I can't understand is the lack of response here by the Del-ton rep. No excuse for that in my book. |

I set up an account, sent an email, and ordered parts! Sorry - I didn't want to wait 2 business days for my account to be activated regarding the discount. I hope you guys can still give me the discount - please don't penalize me for being an eager customer! :)

I called Del-Ton today and spoke to a woman that said they are no longer (or at least at this moment) offering discounts. It sure would be nice if a rep could confirm this for us...

I think you misunderstood. If you already have you order placed and then send an IM for a discount, then it may not be applied. Normally, we would apply it but right now we are getting so many emails and phone calls that we can't keep up with it everyday. We get many IMs on this site and have had trouble reading them. Kassandra has been trying to let everyone know the status of their order on another thread which has her busy digging through stacks of orders changing things or adding items. I have over 200 discounts to apply from the last 2 weeks from this site between answering phones, emails, and processing orders. I'll admit that I don't check the message on here everyday or every week for that matter, but with the election still hitting as hard as it is, it isn't my top priority. I know that sounds ugly, but I hope you understand. I'll get to them as soon as I can...which usually is the weekend when I'm at home.

Ok Guys~
I worked at home for about an hour yesterday and about 2 hours this morning applying discounts. A lot of you are IMing us to combine orders. We will do what we can do, but I'm not promising it. Also if your order has been placed already and you signed up for the discount, I cannot 100% guarantee that it will be applied to an existing order. It takes a lot of time to apply the discounts to an account and when we have to physically put our hands on a hard copy to write a note on an existing order, it takes even more time. Normally, it wouldn't be a big issue doing this, but we are swamped right now. If you IMed us questions, I didn't get to answer all of you cause I need to start processing orders.
