My mother just sent me my Grandfather's flag from the burial. He was buried in 1952 and Alaska, Hawaii became states in 1958. I am going to get it cleaned and then mount it in a flag case and proudly hang it on my wall.     Semper Fi Mac! |

I know what the rules are. we laid it out for inspection purposes to see if there was any rot. It was found in my late-uncle's closet balled up in a garbage bag. The colors are bright and there is no yellowing on the white stars or stripes. It is currently folded proper and is being kept in a box until I get a nice case for it. |
