| What happened to my understanding is that he zoomed up on an Abrams and impacted with it in the rear triggering his device (multiple 155s and anti-tank mines). They failed to detonate, leaving him trapped by one leg in the vehicle. The tank rolled away and cleared the blast area. Cordon was set and EOD arrived. (This is right near the FOB I'm told.) And the rest you see in the video. |

I love that shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seemed like he was having second thoughts about the whole deal while he was trapped there. Kind of rubbing his head and saying ahhhhh shit. Really surprised the charge that killed him didn't detonate his bomb. I love the shot of the robot scurrying away after the "special delivery". a big Hooooah for the Army from this Jarhead. |
