So, what would the requirement for it be?
VA disability rating? Medical Retirement? Missing Limbs? Would we want all the fobbits who claimed PTSD to have a special icon to show off? So, is post count and join date not enough? Do we need to have another metric for ARFCOMers to claim to be better then each other? Sounds good to me, sign me up. |

Oh yea, we need a Purple Heart icon, that way John Kerry can show off the three he has! What about deployment badges? A NJP ribbon that gets an additional star for each extra one you have? A brig service ribbon? Put me in for four deployment badges and an NJP ribbon... |
| Can we get a device for each NJP we successfully defended ourselves against? I got out of a company-grade for disrespecting an NCO because they couldn't prove I said "Fuck him," referring to an NCO, or "Fuck 'em," about my last pair of serviceable BDU's that he wanted me to wear to the motor pool, in order to paint an M-113, after ruining three other sets the previous week getting our tracks ready to turn in during deactivation. |
| If you can design an icon that can accurately depict a sick call Ranger or someway to depict a profile that even a civilian can recognize I say the site staff should adopt it and force you to use it. If you identify yourself as a disabled veteran that's just sad IMO. You have a defeatist attitude. |

If you didnt get one, it didnt count. |
