I want to create a display to honor my Grandfather who served in The Navy During WW2. (44-46) The Medals listed on his discharge are as follows:
ASIATIC PACIFIC AMERICAN AREA VICTORY MEDAL PHILIPPINE LIB. POINT SYSTEM The only medal I'm having trouble with is the "American Area", I can only find one listed as "American Campaign Medal WW2". I also wanted to ask anyone in the know if there are any additional medals that may have been granted later after his discharge. Thanks for your help. Let me know if this looks right....
