Out a fake Seal? I know a person who keeps telling everyone he was a Seal in Vietnam. He is so full of it in every other aspect of his life I don't believe him. I have asked probing questions like: "What weapond did you carry?" answer: 'I don't remember" WTF! I have NEVER met a former service member who didn't remember what kinda personal weapon they carried! Some help on how to verify this would be helpful. BTW, Thanks to every American Veteran for your service no matter how humble it may seem, it makes you a hero in my book.

Ask him what his class number was. No SEAL forgets his class number.
Or go to SOCNET.com and ask the SEALS there to do a check on him. It's under the phoney SEAL thread. All they need is his name and some background like you mentioned his so called time in vietnam. They have the name of every SEAL who was a SEAL all the way back to the UDT guys in WWII. If you know his full name, you can also request a copy of his DD214 from ST. Louis under the Freedom of Information Act. I used SOCNET to oust a fake Air Force PJ that was running his suck way too much. |
