Was just gonna come here and post the same thing!  Of course our chief was already in spreading his version of holiday cheer and sense of family and belonging.  On a happier note, don't eat too much (either at the firehouse for the smokeaters or when you get home for the cops), and let's all have a q-word underworked day today brothers. |

Happy Thanksgiving all. I work this afternoon so my wife is going to make it a Thanksgiving lunch for us. I made arrangements with my boss earlier this week and we'll be cooking some meat on the grill for the guys this evening. Not quite the same but there's quite a few guys who live away from their families so this is as close to a Thanksgiving meal as it gets.
