Gents,
Can you give me a good source for the pre-MOLLE style velcro and snap attachment pouches for tactical vests? Got a buddy who just got issued one and wants to change the setup a bit. We've checked Kieslers, Galls, and Chief supply with no luck. Pinnacle seems to offer some pouches, but we can't find a sales site. Seems the whole world has gone away from the velcro and snap style, to MOLLE. |
| I called Tactical Tailor and they made for me a velcro/snap panel that converted the front lower half of my vest to molle. They charged me 25 bucks plus shipping. It came out to 32 and some change. Now I have molle pouches on the front of my velcro snap vest. I highly recommend this route as every velcro/snap pouch I've encountered had zero thought put into it and none seem to accomplish the needed requirement as well as numerous molle version alternatives. |
