Just though I would post a big +1 for Pelican customer service. I broke the tail cap assembly on my Pelican 7060, called them, and without question or payment, another one is in the mail on its way. Thanks Pelican

I'll second that.  Mine wouldn't hold a charge after only a year of having it.  I sent it to them and it was returned within 2 weeks with a new battery and bezel.  My only complaint is that I liked my old bezel, all dinged up and such.  Got a lot more street 'cred that way .

Glad to hear that the sale a few years ago didn't change their C/S.
