Is it possible to match USPS Money Order serial numbers with the ACTUAL payee the "money" went to ? and
If the other elements of fraud are present ... does misrepresenting the payee constitute "mail fraud" ? Thanks for any info. Stay safe |

You mean who cashed it? Yes, there is a way to find out who cashed a USPS money order, if you have the money order number. Same as tracking any check or money order. and
