| My chief just told me to pick out a new ballistic vest for duty. I am not up to date on vest design and what not. I would like a 3a vest and money is not an option. Any advice what to go with for the best armor? Thanks. |

+1 for ABA xtreme IIIA. Also has pocket up front to run the 5x7 Impac S.T. plate made by Safariland.
No edge curling yet, comfortable to wear on my 10 hour shifts, good handgun protection. Make sure to get it fitted to YOU, not just running a standard size, and you will be happy. |

Not everyone has the same body and a S-M-L-XL sizing has it's downside if you are short or tall. |
