People go crazy this time of the year I guess. The last couple of weeks have been nuts. It seems like every call lately has resulted in a use of force, committal, DUI, domestic, etc.
We had several domestic arrests tonight with arraingments tomorrow morning. Nothing like spending Christmas eve in court
How's your holiday season going? |

+1.
Last night was a stabbing, DUI, domestics... Tonight was a bad domestic (beating in the street/stabbing with a butter knife!!) and drunken stupid jerks all over town. Intercepted another guy headed somewhere with a purpose and carrying a club and a knife... can't pin anything charge-worthy on him so he's skating but he's not going anywhere over night, so hopefully he forgot who it was he was going to stab and beat while he is in the Tank. |

Tis The Season.
This time of year always brings out the best in some folks, But also brings out the worst in others. We have Officer's in a neighboring town looking for a burglar who just took a whole Families Christmas right out from under the tree. It just happened within the last hour. |

My "favorite" holiday DV call was when I showed up and both the christmas tree and the turkey dinner was in laying in the front yard, LMAO, I still giggle about that one. There was WAYYYYYYYYY to mch egg nogg consumed at that household.
Everyone be safe and have a good holiday. J- |

Just a bunch of home burglaries here. Everyone wants someone else's stuff for Christmas. I work in a college town so all the christmas burlgaries dont get reports until about Jan 3 when the kids come back. Usually have about 20-30 report in one day when they come back. J- |

| I remember a call one December 26th from an older couple who wanted to report their car stolen. As the facts unfolded it seems they knew the car was gone on the 25th, but did not call as they figured we were ' closed' Anyway, we started searching for the car and we found it not too far away with some minor damage and a flat. One of the guys got the husband and once we could get to the spare we changed that and got the thing going again. The best part was all the presents they had in the trunk for their grandkids were still there and they were able to deliver them a day late (Better than not at all) |
