| On 07/09/08 at 19:01 hours, officers responded to winchester/hermitage and Compl: Drunk Guy advised that he stopped at the gas mart at winchester/hermitage to take a nap because he had consumed too much alcohol. Compl advised that upon waking up he noticed that he was lying on the ground and his car was missing. Drunk Guy advised that susp unknown had also taken his wallet and shoes and does not remember anything else. No additional info was given. |
