***FREE TRAINING*** DOMESTIC DRUG INTERDICTION DECEMBER 13TH -15th, 2006 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Location: The Mobile County Personnel Board 1809 Government Blvd. Mobile, AL 36604 The Mobile Police Department will host a 24 hour Domestic Drug Interdiction class to be held from December 13th - 15th. This program provides classroom presentations and scenario-based training in the interception of narcotics. The course will outline comprehensive investigative techniques to identify behavior and conduct of the drug violator in various key settings, to include: hotels/motels, airports, commercial bus stations, parcel/package businesses, storage facilities, rental car agencies and train stations. Course Objectives: *Identify required resources and equipment for a domestic drug interdiction program. *State the procedures for search and seizure as well as guidelines of the Fourth Amendment and the legal foundations for such practices *Identify the indicators of a stash house as well as utilize community sources in the reporting of possible drug stash houses.
