Anybody else pick up on American Cop magazine yet? My Lt. left a couple of his issues on the squad table one night so I took them home to read through them. About halfway through the second one I stopped reading, got online and subscribed. Hell, I even ordered the only back issue the Lt. didn't have on the table. This magazine has the best signal to noise ratio I've ever seen in a magazine as far as relating to actual working cops. Just wondering if anyone else had picked up on it. They've only put out a few issues now, so it's fairly new. Definitely a worthwhile mag though, in my opinion. The link for anyone who might be interested... www.americancopmagazine.com/ |

You betcha. Not only do I subscribe, I do illustrations for American Cop.  You can see my work in the upcoming MAY/JUN issue on a story on the taser.  I am pretty stoked to work with this mag. I think it is the best cop mag out there... real gun saavy and down to earth. By cops for cops. All the articles are written by sworn officers, NOT freelancers. Sweet deal! I'm hoping my March/April issue gets here soon... First mag I've had in a while that I couldn't wait to get. Will look forward to your illustrations in the Taser piece.

Only issue I've gotten so far was the back issue, and it came in a big manilla envelope. Don't know how the regular issues come. |
