Coworkers claim if I get hit by a bullet I will explode, so no one likes to stand too close to me on entries!

I've had a few people call me Tackleberry.

I don't know why. I don't have a single revolver. Nor do I resort to firepower to solve most situations (though it can, just usually not the best solution).

I tell them, I just like to be prepared.  They also say that I'm the one they want to be with the next time the shit hits the fan.

In Police Academy 2 he carried a Detonics Scoremaster with short hammer fall and extended barrel for a silencer (and loaded with 230 grain full patch rounds).

One of the few VHS movies I had as a child; thus it was watched many; many many times.

They all laugh at my 12 Ga bandoleers hanging in my trunk and my stash of 300 rounds of SS109 and other misc boxes of shells.  But they sure know what vehicle to go to if they "run dry".

People say, "Why do you have those shells in that belt thing?"  I answer by saying this... If you fell that it is necessary to deploy from your vehicle with a shotgun and only 9 rounds (4 in gun at rack ready w/5 on stock), then go for it......... what are you gonna do after you fire your 9 rounds and the fight is not over?  Go home?  Go back to the SO and ask for more shells?  This usually gets them thinking.

Nahh, Farva's just a dumbass.  Tackleberry was a gun nut.  Significant difference.

A  "Farva" would be a cop wannabe.  Maybe some of the folks that hang out at gun stores/shows?
