Poll fail. No multiple answers.

State certs in Va are now ProBoard.  Previous versions could be added to pro board for $15.

I think GA has their own state certification and also uses the Pro Board.

Ill-annoys is still it's own special flower. Luckily several of the training entities have started cross-credentialing with ProBoard or NFPA so we can take our credentials with us. Sadly, it's not retroactive.

You've always been able to do the $15 thing.  All state classes are taught to ProBoard now.  It's up to be AHJ whether or not they offer the ProBoard written and practicals at the end.  If not, you get an attendance cert from Va.

This.

All my certs are useless outside of Illinois including my EMT-P. I could have tested the NREMT-P as well but saw no reason to do so at the time. At this point in my career I still se no reason to do so.

Texas has it's own cert but aligns with IFSAC so the state will take direct transfer of IFSAC seals earned elsewhere. You can transfer with other types as well but you have to take the Texas written and skills tests before they are accepted.

California Office of State Fire Marshall. Aligns with NFPA, I believe.
