Well, I have an interview with our Sheriff's Office this Thursday. I already passed my polygraph, so I have this interview and 2-3 steps left. They didn't tell me whether this interview is with the merit commission or the Sheriff, so I'm not sure what to expect. Anything special I should be ready for? |

Act like this is another oral board interview. Know thyself:) Why do you want to be a cop? Why do you want to work here? Why should we hire YOU? Know important facts and figures about the department, how many officers, sheriffs name, ect.. Good luck, I just got hired also:) |
