Hi all,
Anyone know what options exist for doing a license plate lookup in the state of Missouri? I was involved in an incident today on the road and unfortunately the issue cannot be adequately addressed through law enforcement SOP. I need to find personal contact information from a license plate number so that I can tactfully and responsibly address this problem. Thanks, Jimmy |

Driving in an extremely reckless manner to the point of being downright dangerous, swerving their car to feint ramming other vehicles, flipping people off, etc. I was able to determine that the owner of the car is most likely a grandparent. My plan is to contact the grandparent and explain that little Johnny is using the grandparent's car to harass people and is putting them (and himself) at serious risk of causing an accident. The grandparent's reaction should help indicate if any further action is warranted. |

Wouldn't fly in my jurisdiction. Swerving the vehicle and driving in a reckless manner is C&I..short for Careless and Imprudent driving....or whatever your area calls it. |

Taking legal action against someone has to have some sort of a documentable offense, a victim, etc Stop getting your ideas of proper recourse from watching old Charles Bronson movies |
