Had one for about a week. Got rid of it. It would love to fail to feed, eject. I had nothing but trouble with mine. Called the factory and they told me it was operator error and wouldn't help out at all. After about 200 rounds the front sight start to wobble loose. Factory told me to restake it myself. I wasn't happy with their CS after that. I never got it to run through a whole mag with out some kind of malfunction. What I did like about it was its trigger for a .380. It was easy to shoot and rather accurate for a pocket gun. I've heard people out there have no problems and others who have had problems like i did. I traded it off for a M&P9c and never looked back. Go to the Diamondback Forums . There's a lot of good info over there.

Mine wa fine for my first range trip, but by the second and third it was failing to feed, dropping the mag, and failing to reset the trigger. I sold it soon after. |

Friend of mine on an adjacent department got one as a BUG... I did a range session with him out of curiosity.
I found my natural point of aim with it was roughly knee-cap height. I also found it wouldn't run a full mag without issue... this after about 500 rounds of "break-in". He sold it a few days later and purchased a Keltec P3AT.... That gun has proven to be much more reliable overall. |

I tend to agree that .38spl/9mm is a minimum... but I can see it's usefulness as an emergency-backup-spare vest-gun to back up your back up..... In a situation where your primary is down, your bug is empty... would you rather be reaching for a .380 or a pocket knife? Perfect world?... my primary would be a 105mm at least. BUG a M2 on a mount... but real world says otherwise. In a gunfight, I'll take anything that will give me that edge I need to survive. |
| I love mine. I haven't had any problems, none. It does what it is supposed to do, and does it quite well. I looked at all the available.380's before buying it and it fit my needs perfectly. I understand there were some problems with the first run, but the manufacturer worked that out and is now producing a quality gun. After examining them all the Sig was the only one of better quality, but I didn't like the idea of carryin cocked/locked in a pocket holster. |
