I don't have one. But I'll recommend feminine items (obviously) and pain remedies like Advil and such. Cigarette lighter/matches, bandages/neosporin.

Tag because I really need to work on mine.  We had a nice one all set up a few years ago, but it turned out to be the "I'm too busy to go out and get stuff, so I'll just use the stuff in here" bag.

Go over to the survival forum and look around.  That's what they're all about over there.

No, I'm stupid.

I wasn't aware that girls weren't allowed in the SF.  I'm just saying that you can get a lot of good input over there, too.  They would probably suggest things you wouldn't think of.  Guys aren't capable of giving advice to women?

I know you're not stupid! I was joking with ya...remembering the "sit in the tattoo parlor with the bottle of peroxide until I reach the right shade of stupid"  comment you made.
And *I* was not the one who requested "FEMALE PERSPECIVE" only...the thread starter did. That's all I was pointing out...

Specific to my wife's BOB:

• Extra girl-comfort stuff (for "that time" - also come in handy for large bleeding wounds)

• Extra sweater, warm hat and gloves - she gets way colder than I do so she needs more warm gear.

She'd also be packing any meds specific to her (Pamprin, her vitamins)

(I don't usually post in the Ladies' forum because I don't want to look like "That Arfcom Dork That Never Talks To Girls In Real Life" but saw this in the Active Topics list and thought I'd pop in...)

Hi girls.

I bought SHEISLEGEND a great little BOB.

I started her out with some basics and helped her customize it over time.

Here’s the stuff I remember:

Camelbak bladder
Microfilter for water
Purification tablets
Radiation tablets
Feminine hygiene items
Basic first aid (pain relief, antihistamine, decongestant, antibiotic ointment, Imodium, bandaids, ace bandage for sprains, saline eye drops in single use mini-containers)
Small fishing kit (line, weights, lures, flys)
Paracord
Small toothbrush, dental floss, mini-toothbrush
Tp/Kleenex
Wetwipes (individually wrapped)
A few needles and some thread for gear repair
Lighter
Matches
A couple ziplocks
Leather gloves
Spare pair of glasses
Some cash
Leatherman
Microfleece hat
LED headlamp
Spare batteries
Bug repellant and sunblock
Electrolyte drink mixes
Lightweight rainshell jacket
Foxlabs pepperspray
Jetscream signal whistle
Starflash signal mirror
Blastmatch firestarter and some trioxane fuel bars
Folded up duct tape
Cable ties
3 or 4 ft surgical tubing
Clear plastic garbage bag
Space blanket

I can’t remember what else is in there.

I also got her this cool thing but it’s for her purse, not her BOB.  It’s a little aluminum cylinder that holds a AA battery and has a pigtail on it that attaches to her cell phone.  It gives something like 3 hours talk-time off one AA.  You never know when she won’t be able to charge it and she needs it.
