I got into a throw down with a guy over it.
He claims that the "right" to keep and bear arms comes from the power of the government I say it does not. The first and second amendments recognizes rights we already have from our Creator referred to in the Declaration of Independence the Bill of Rights just states that the government cannot infringe or take those rights |
