Honestly, why do you ask a question like this? Is there a legal question or are you seeking something else from us? One convicted of DV is often a repeat offender. For it to be the woman so convicted means it probably was pretty bad. Has she undergone intense counseling? Is she attending any today? Is she on meds? Does she drink or do drugs? So many factors determine what her propensities are, she may be an exception to the rule, but why chance it? Her being honest with you may just be a warning of things to come. Where did you meet her? Your picker could be way off and need adjusting. Please be careful and post some pics. j/k about the pics.
