The post office does not really like non FFL holders sending anything. It is legal for a non FFL to send something to an FFL. When shipping through the post office you have NO WAY to actually track it, and if it gets lost you would have to wait 60-90 days for them to maybe compensate you for it. You can ship through UPS ground and know where it is all the time. Lowers do not need to ship AIR they can go regular delivery. |
