| What are the legalities of shipping firearm parts overseas? For instance, can you ship a buttstock over to Europe through the USPS or are you going to have to get an export license and/or State department approval? I know that receivers would require extra paperwork but I don't know about the other parts. The reason that I ask is because these boards are viewed by those worldwide and sometimes those abroad ask to have parts shipped to them. Any factual help would be appreciated. |
