We should collectively encourage the NRA to work to develop cases from IL and WI, NY, MA, CT, involving handgun and "ban' restrictions and move them forawrd to the SCOTUS so as to define the standard of review. Battle 1 won. Battle 2? |

Morton Grove , the first town to ban handguns , just gave up. They don't have the population or the tax base that would allow them to waste millions , in a hopeless fight to save a worthless law. Just join something . NRA , Second Amendment Foundation , whatever floats your boat. Now it's our turn. Payback time. |
