Hello I need everyones legal advice I recently applied for a permit to purchase a handgun and was denied. The reason stated was that I falsifed information. Now for a little history I was caught with a small amount of marijuana in 2005 on the permit application it has a question if you were ever convicted of possesion or use of a controlled substance (other than a small amount of marijuana). So I answered no, now they are saying that I gave false info when I did not. Because it clearly states that a small amount of marijuana does not count. |
